'Fine Line' was exactly what Harry Styles needed to establish himself as a soloist. The sensitive content of the lyrics and the impact on the music charts have shown the british singer as a promising artist on the pop field. When it comes to the album's follow-up, unfortunately, 'Harry's House' lacks power, with questionable mixing and basic vocal performances.
Kendrick Lamar is one of those artists who created their own brand by being authentic even on their most popular projects ('DAMN'). Considering Kendrick's impact on music industry during the last decade, we look forward to seeing him on bolder ideas. 'Dawn FM' shows that Abel has solidly captured the concept of a radio station. Among bangers created with almost indistinct melodies, you can find special gems ('Out of Time' and 'Less Than Zero') until your experience is ruined by an awful Lil Wayne performance. As cinematic as it tries to be, 'Dawn FM' does not have the same pace as its predecessor but is far from being Abel's worst project, which leads the album to a decent alternative for the ones who like to hear synthwave in the car.
