The debut mixtape of The Scythe, a new group consisting of artists I root for like crazy (indeed Denzel Curry is one of my personal GOATS)!!! How is it? Well... I found enjoyment in all of the songs, but this is definitely not a mixtape that I can say fully brings out the individual strengths of the artists. Individually, the tracks are solid, with skilled playing, passionate vocals, and satisfying melodies. However, as a whole, I feel like there is a lack of stylistic singularity, and I genuinely struggle to feel a strong affinity towards it as much as I want to.

KiiiKiii are a highly praised new (relatively) girl group so I thought I'd give this a try. Unfortunately, I have to say that while it wasn't bad, it didn't really meet my expectations. It starts out high, with a couple of really awesome songs that get stuck in your head easily (in a good way), but then sort of slips into redundance with the others. It feels like there just isn't enough to it, that's all. I love that cover though.
