I don't care about what other people say about this album, its my favorite kendrick lamar project. The way he incorporated the 2 characters on the album to explore the 80s cr*ck epidemic going on in the story is phenomenal.
Its my favorite rap album of all time.

Holy shit what happened to my goat bro
Most of the tracks are filler now. I wouldn't say its bad, nor its as good as his other projects. Its just horribly mid, and I wish my goat still has it but I really don't think it will happen ever again.

THIS WAS ACTUALLY GOOD. With each track actually having different beats, with each having different flows, and unique features. The track 1999 itself really represent the album cover for me, it's just so goddamn good.

To be honest, This album actually grew on me for a while now...
I was always saying that this album was mid, unfinisehd, and had terrible mixing. But the longer I listened, for some reason actually grew on me. Especially tracks like olympian or rather lie, For they are really really good tracks that Actually made me appreciate this album even more.
