song of the summer just dropped everyone else go home jane cooked yall

this surprised me in the fact that i think i enjoyed this a bit more then fishmonger! girls and boys + loan sharks stand out as the best one here for me but i have things i appreciate about all the songs on here. also finding out the the “we don’t give a fuck” sample from music was used years before on gunk was really cool

i’ll be completely honest it took me a minute to get fully used to the vibe of this because it’s so different from the dark gritty vibe bladee has had since the release of cold visions. after sitting with the album for a bit i’ve come to appreciate its more atmospheric and spiritual approach.
