sometimes it drives me crazy how music makes people feel, specifically, how red (taylor's version) makes me feel. it's so nostalgic, growing up listening the two albums that are technically the same but it's not. the year gap between red (original version) and red (taylor's version) was big, it shows how long taylor has been in the music industry, as a woman, and as an icon. listening to this album is like reading your old diary that you used to spend 13 minutes daily writing your story. the ... read more

This is not Melodrama 2, this is Solar Power, this is the difference between the "Lorde at the age of 20" and "Lorde at the age of 24". Unlike the previous album that is covered in sadness, "Solar Power" is still Lorde but she's happier now and we should appreciate that it still has the lorde vibe despite the contrast in emotions.

Finally, a comeback after so long and they didn't disappoint me, giving us high quality music as always. Not only the title song shines by itself, but the b-sides are also unskippable. Queendom (the album) welcomes the audience to the "Queendom", like a party, we play and enjoy ourselves until the sun falls down.
