Every band wishes it had an iconic song and this album has Snow Patrol's: Chasing Cars. That and Shut Your Eyes pretty much sums up Snow Patrol. It's good middle of the road pop-rock music.

My favorite album from these guys to date. I don't know how they maintain freshness within their sound-space, but they do. Their songs are all filled with this implied menace. So cool.

Nobody sounds like Silversun Pickups, they're practically their own genre of one. The music builds tension, but never breaks the tension. Lyrically complex, great bass and drum duo. Love them.

They just personify gulf coast music. Powerful, fun and dark all at the same time.
