even with such a large track list of short songs this album was monotonous and dragged most the last half of its hour and twenty length. This was something so anticipated for me that i had waited for since the release of wlr and im still not happy at all with this
never listened to much midwest emo but i thought this was an alright album with some obvious highs and lows. could see myself changing my rating of this easily
Originally gave this 87, but felt bugged for days thinking about how much I loved this. To send such an incredible message so powerfully through music was a really smart decision. Pray for Gaza and the freedom of Palestinians
Arctic monkeys debuted with an incredible bang, dropping an album seeming to be of the quality of a veteran band, with years of knowledge on how to create perfectly catchy and melodic lines, with excellent drumming and bass play, and a guitar that carried the melodies of the singing in to the instrumental moments of the record.
