such a gentle feel to this album. makes me imagine myself sitting in a backyard at dusk, the porch lights illuminating the grass, a slight breeze rustling through the trees, all while listening to bon iver's soft voice. although the album's subject is one of loneliness and sadness, i always feel at peace listening
