Although for me, they have the same rating, I honestly might prefer Channel Orange over Blonde. It goes for a different vibe, Blonde feels more personal to Frank and being about him and his life. Whilst Channel Orange, whilst still having insane levels of storytelling, seems to be just that, stories. This would be 100 if it didn't drag on so much, but regardless, this is so good. R&B-esque beats with Smino's Neo Soul inspired verses serve a memorable project. Although it does drag on, we are rewarded by Amphetamine, with a verse from Noname to finish the album, it completes the overall vibe. This whole album is a beautiful melodic / mellow masterpiece. AND THE PRODUCTION FROM MONTE BOOKER IS AMAZING.

but seriously, this is a must-listen album, you can feel the effort put in by Gibbs and The Alchemist through the project. The Alchemist has this other worldly ability to craft beats for any rapper to fit in a pocket regardless of their style, and he fits so well with Gibbs.
