Mixed collection of trap bangers with interesting instrumentals & mediocre melodic cuts from Future
Been relistening recently & this song is just as strange & unsettling as it was on first listen but in a good way
Impressive introductory album with interesting ideas that aren't as fully realised as we come to expect from Kendrick now. GREAT
Underlooked return to form from 21 with interesting production & good collaborations particularly in the middle of the album. GOOD
Starts off as an inoffensive yet enjoyable R&B album but the thoughtless lyrics become hard to ignore as the runtime goes on. MID / GOOD
Enjoyable mixtape with some experimentation & bangers that unfairly get underlooked in Drakes all-time catalog. GOOD
Collection of interesting concepts but could have been better execution in the second half particularly. I can see this growing on me with time but right now Don't Be Dumb is better as an album but not as a playlist or individual songs I feel. GOOD
This album isn't quite as bad as AOTY wants you to believe it is but it lacks the sauce and polish that Nine has now and comes off like it has very little to add to trap. MID
Easily the best Ye album since Life of Pablo and people only discredit it for its length but it’s surprisingly engaging throughout. GOOD / GREAT
A rare Kendrick miss holds back what would've easily been a standout on the album
