Very fun, highly recommend giving it a listen. although the best songs already came out as singles for a while.
very good thematic consistency, the YT mix hits much harder though. Still has some good hits on this and doesn't have a single miss
Consistently alright, at worst too samey. Nothing is particularly bad, but I didn't find any incredible standouts. As the album develops it gets a bit more "aura-farming edit" sounding like, with songs like Mystic Tale and Highest Mountain.
Pure unadulterated fun. You never know what's gonna hit you, and that makes it all the better.
nah man, like some stuff is interesting on a single listen but that's it. And some of the worst to come out of drake as well
A nice laid back Garage Album that follows the protagonist through a night of substance usage. The MPH signature sounds can be found all over, but some tracks lack originality or anything that makes them particularly stand out. To note that I am not a fan of the aboundance of dialogue in some tracks.
Machine Girl Brings forth a more punkish sound with songs that don't really push the boundaries on their previous works, but the album really picks up the pace towars the end. Shoutout Drumcorps for that collab.
Camellia is still on top of his game when it comes to hard hitting tracks. My only complaint is the overaboundance of fullflavorish/genre switches track and a lack of more melodic tracks that are what really made me fall in love with this style of music production. I will get the CD soon enough.
Despite being a huge fan of the production of lots of those tracks, Bibinos monotone delivery and extremely predictable style makes for a very boring album listening experience where you are excited and quickly lose interest in listening to the album until it almost becomes a chore by the end.
You are better off enjoying those tracks by microdosing them.
Picks up considerabily in the back half, and god is it nice to have HELP_LESS in an album now
It's a 4/10 Drake album and a 1/10 PND album. Boring at best, not even entertainingly bad.
great, I would've preffered more energetic stuff but the laid back tracks are also nice. "Really make me wonder what they're gonna do next bitch" :)
Some of my fav tracks of 2025 are on here, such as Bitter and Pleasure.
Moore's style shines through every track though, with a weird "organized chaos" of a production, with numerous rhythm switches, though they usually follow a structure of: trap pattern for first drop -> 4 on the floor, maybe that brazilian baile rhythm if they feel like it, -> 4 on the floor for the final drop.
I wish I knew how half of the sounds on this albums were made, and god that metallic ahh ... read more
runner up for AOTY for me, but I'm a sucker for this style of music.
consistently hitting and keeping great quality throughout the whole album. Many songs that are worth coming back to and no bad tracks.
9th Heaven to Dissociation to History of Violence is one of the best succession of songs of the year for me
