From Zero marks the return of Linkin Park after being on a 7 year hiatus due to the tragic loss of their lead singer Chester Bennington. ⭐Album of The Year 2024 ⭐
This album is quite the experience. Not a single skip and each song shines with creativity and uniqueness.
"Short n’ Sweet" is a well-produced, but very formulaic and generic pop album that doesn't sound much different from other pop albums we've gotten in the past few years.
Edit: 66 -> 71. It definitely grew on me a bit.
Chappell showcases a wide range of outstanding vocal performances on songs that either sound too similar to each other, don’t stand out, or are lyrically the same. Each song feels like a slightly different way to describe the same thing and I feel that it makes this album unmemorable in some ways.
Charli's "brat" conveys that the club is a good place to unwind and disconnect from the many hardships you face in life. This album would do a great job at keeping people inside the club.
