i have no problem with the energy of this album, i don’t care if it sounds sleepy because i like that to some extent but i wish that it wasn’t just the singles joji put his all into. pixelated kisses is a fucking masterpiece and then there’s just other tracks i guess. i’m really into this project but i really wish there was less okay stuff. great stuff tho
if joji removed some of the blander cuts off the album and replaced them with songs like blah blah piss in the wind would be so amazing. great deluxe though i enjoyed this a lot.
WHEN I’M UNINSPIRED I PRAY TO RICK RUBEN - 40/100
BORN JUST TO DIE - 40/100
FUCK THE LEADERS - 50/100
THAT GUY - 25/100
ALIVE - 30/100
it may be catchy but this song already got old on the first listen which has slightly dulled my hopes for the whole project. blackberry marmalade and white flag had so much more substance in them than this to me
this album has so much personality and just very fun tracks for the summer which i will definitely be bumping all season. all the choruses and hooks are so fucking addicting too so shout out to jay rock on don’t get chipped and ty dolla sigh on feels like summer. that three song run at the beginning is so damn good too i love all three songs. definitely got some great highlights to vince’s discography. bangers.
i can’t wait to get a nice and fun album this year from vince i need a good summer album rn
kinda just felt like i was listening to the same radio pleasing song over and over again with the exception of some pretty solid songs with it’s own actual inspiration instead of the same formula. definitely needs much more variety and less filler to be a good album imo
actually a pretty fun album and i was impressed with how surprisingly well north did producing this ep herself. the more she makes music the better she’ll be than her father at this point
he thinks he made a comeback but he really didn’t. honestly the pure stupidity of releasing three whole albums as a surprise drop is so damn idiotic. quantity over quality allegations will never be beaten. what did i miss gave me so much hope when it dropped i thought drake was gonna make a comeback and actually fight against the industry but he just shits out another sleazy album that would actually put me to sleep on a bad night. drake people used to like you man. now all you are is ... read more
$$$4U sloppy seconds sounding ass shit. this ‘bedroom music’ slopfest would make me go completely fucking limp if i heard it with a stiffy. the amount of autotune suffocating this worthless project is embarrassing. who the fuck wanted you to drop this drake? nobody. take it back we don’t want all of this 💔
been listening to this a good couple of times and it has me so hyped tbh. a vince summer album would be so good this year especially with this rock influence we hear in this single. not a 100 since i can’t rap along to the 3rd verse
i’ve been listening to this record for ages now and honestly it hasn’t done anything but grow on me more and more as time goes on. i came to this album once i heard heavenly father from a short about late night car ride songs and ever since it has consistently been my favourite, if not one of my favourite songs oat. i can’t even rank some of the 10s on this shit honestly its crazy how good most of these tracks are. the rapping is so damn hungry it only makes sense that this is ... read more
damnnnn. as a debut album this really does its job. it feels drastically different from cilvia demo in some ways but it hasn’t lost its charm in the highest highs. the hunger of his rapping is still there on wat’s wrong and free lunch but with the added chill, smoker anthem vibe for some songs like 4r da squaw and tity and dolla. the sun’s tirade DOES lose its spark towards the end a little, which is why i can understand the criticisms from some people but the songs there are ... read more
while i’d say this is isaiah’s weakest album, this is still really great. zay’s style has kinda changed a lot becoming more modernised and everything but i can still hear some of his sun’s tirade era in these songs. a big criticism i see often is how slurred and incoherent some of the vocals are but i don’t mind them at all since this album is supposed to be a chill vibe, which is exactly what it does good at. there are some hype songs which are pretty cool and ... read more
its good but he’s obviously gonna do way better on the album. hopefully the next singles will be a lot more fire than this because it isn’t really the rashad i wanna hear. i prefer his melodic duets and hungry rapping, which is a lot better than the stop and go flow that feels like you know, the same shit. beat is pretty cool tho, i’m so fucking hyped for this album isaiah gotta be in my top two. so hyped man
this isn’t that good but it isn’t that bad. i think this is a promising release for ye and i hope to god he keeps moving up from here without the ai. this is promising. i wont write a full review but all i gotta say is the mixing is kinda ass and the vocals need a better delivery but the production is great. just keep improving ye.
great background music. this is an album i’m not gonna rate the tracks on because its just turntable style music to put on while doing something but what i’m hearing i enjoyed. the first song ofc everyone has heard before but it is still truly great. a lot of what i’m hearing is thought provoking and sometimes even depressing. that doesn’t make it sad, though that feeling does come from this. w background music though. i’ll surely come back to this sometime in the ... read more

disc29 :
goddamn this shit is amazing. icl this album would be so much better if it was as consistent as the first disc the whole way through because a lot of the songs on this half are genuinely enjoyable. a good deal of the production isn’t anything groundbreaking but they do what they’re supposed to very well. they’re banger songs. who tf iz u, poor thang and two six are all hype tracks that i really do enjoy listening to ... read more
