a grand achievement in music, never not viscerally affecting
though there aren’t really many standouts, this was a much more fun and consistently enjoyable listening experience than Damita Jo in my opinion, even if this is far from the peak of her capabilities. 2000’s rnb-pop beats and melodic songs abound, not a snoozefest!

i’m… really confused? coming off the heels of the fantastic, endlessly fun ‘All For You,’ janet delivers an album filled to the brim with sauceless rnb/dance duds with almost no memorable melodies. also, i was shocked by how unsexy it all felt… i thought this was supposed to be her sex kitten album, but it was just so bland! not to mention this definitely has her worst set of album interludes so far. what happened here? how did she lose her way so ... read more
a lean, loud, heartfelt pop album with 0 misses! never been a huge fan of kim before recently but i’m so glad she’s able to execute her artistic vision at long last!
