Plastic Beach

Just kind of a mess if I'm being honest. Many obnoxious or otherwise unnecessary features, dated and occasionally annoying production, and the record itself is a complete tonal nightmare, with half the songs feeling like they were made for entirely different albums and were instead just tacked onto this one. There's some fantastic moments here and there, with the obvious standout being "Empire Ants", which is easily my favorite Gorillaz song, but yeah. This group just isn't my thing, and that's fine with me.
