Score: 72

top 3:trust in me, dont remember

bottom 3: dont remember

skipping sketches of spain until tomorrow, because i think all that jazz was blurring together for me which was unfair for the albums rating. also im so tired so im just gonna listen to a short one to finish off the night. Ok, morning me back here, I did listen to the full thing (and i think even some bonus tracks that spotify had), and i dont remember any song ... read more

cowboys are so cool, this shit rocks. I know its the basic choice but big iron is so sick, although the storytelling in running gun and THMT are better IMO. im sure this guy was a horrible person but the music is sick.

these guys sound hungover, im a hater, sorry, my allergies have been going crazy today so honestly i think that may be factoring into my enjoyment. Just sounds lacking in any ideational direction, just classic jazz, if someone comments under this explaining why they think the record is so good i will relisten to it 5 times. in other news my headphones broke today, but ... read more

once again my ability to truly appreciate jazz seems to be lacking, however there is definitely some vibrance to this album that moved me enough to be engaged with it actively, which is sometimes a struggle with me and jazz. I feel like each song felt like an individual song whereas some jazz albums it feels like they could just play for an hour, cut ... read more
