This is my opinion the most thrash sounding album from Metallica. With very tight and fast riffs, brings this album a new energy to their discography.
I love the raw feel of the album as a whole. I wish their was more bass though.

Roman Candle, the most overlooked album of Elliott Smith.

Whilst it being my lowest rated album of him, I'd still consider it one of his best (cause you could really say that about any of his albums).

While being a quiet song, Roman Candle really portrays the anger he felt against his stepfather. That's what Elliott does best, portraying so much emotion in a song that sounds very quiet at first listen.
