Some very nice rhythms show up on this album. Though it does drag at some points, particularly towards the end. My standout player on the album was Max Roach, his drumming is outstanding here.

Very accessible and underrated cool jazz album. This album can be enjoyed as background music, or as a fun listening experience, though it can get underwhelming at some points. Still a phenomenal album though.
