it's so sad that this was "the last x album". they did his artistry dirty. they shouldn't have released this just out of respect. it's full of voice memos with random features, just feels like they wanted to make a cash grab one more time.
I really liked her last project and I was very excited about this one. Unfortunately Serpentina was disappointing. It's all over the place, doesn't really have a theme, full of lyrics we've already heard. The absolute worst tracks are Fuck Love and The Devil. The highlights for me are Burn and Deadend, even though I wish the production were better on those.
"you ruined new york city for me" was such a good project, it was unique and sounded beautiful. This one is way too generic, feels disgenuine and lacks in creativity.
I don't understand the hype about this one. As It Was is an okay track, very short, but it's not that good. I like Little Freak and Daydteaming, besides these, I don't like this album.
It's good to see Isaac experimenting, but this EP is not for me. I actually like Fool's Paradise a lot, Bleach and Sunburn are good numbers as well. I'm waiting for his next project because he has a lot of talent, this sound is just not my cup of tea.
Dirt Femme is not a bad album, but it's a bit too generic for me. How Long and True Romance are my fav tracks, Suburbia is a highlight as well. 2 Die 4 has an annoying drop. I would like Call on Me if it didn't remind me of Grenade by Bruno Mars so much. I'll probably give it a few more listen to see if it'll grow on me.
I didn't expect to like this album, since i thought it will be a generic pop record. Actually it's an enjoyable pop record. Highlights: Tornado Warnings and decode
i have mixed feelings about this album. there are some ideas that we've already heard from lana, at ponts it gets boring. on the other hand, i like the storytelling on white dress and the title track's one of my favorite of lana songs.
well i was quite disappointed when i heard this album, at first i couldn't even finish it. chemtrails was an okay album, it was surprising that she released blu banisters in the same year and she probably shouldn't have done it. there are some good numbers, like the title track and arcadia, but besides that, the album is boring for me. it's the same stuff over and over, with unnecessary beat switches that doesn't sound smooth at all, at some points it's trying to be unhinged but fails. when i ... read more
