haven't listened to tate mcrae since i was in middle school, and she did not disappoint damn. i've had the first half of this album on repeat for the last 3 weeks. overall pretty fun pop stuff

gotta be one of my favorite examples of midwest emo, very well done. i love the instrumentals and the way the tracks build throughout the song. looking forward to listening to their album!

in terms of lyricism, theme, and vocals... i love it. super fun album (and the more sad/slow ones are good too) i think they hype was/is well deserve and i'm excited to hear more from her. (also, ngl california is over hated)
