For those fortunate enough to be blissfully unaware, Full of Hell have been on the go for about a decade and made a bit of a name for themselves in the underground with releases in a variety of genres including but not limited to powerviolence, grindcore, deathcore, noise, avant garde metal, sludge metal, experimental. The standard Graveland affair

Graveland is a black metal project from Poland that's been around since the 90s and released a lot of music over the years. This single (I assume which is for an upcoming album or EP) features the elements regularly featured in Graveland's music including a lot of use of symphonic sections that sound very cinematic mixed with black metal riffing and vocals. A decent track but not exactly reinventing the wheel

Saw a lot of hype for this one and thought that the album art and lyrical themes seemed cool so decided to listen to this.

I love the album art and the band's theme is very interesting. The album is a concept album about Napoleon Bonaparte.

Sadly the album while decent, was disappointing. Honestly if it didn't have the cover art and lyrical themes it did, nobody would notice this. it's just a really decent black metal album and not that great. the only thing i really enjoyed was the synths ... read more
