The Beatles - Abbey Road

An album that I hold to extremely high regard. It practically got me into music, and I'm sure it did for many others, too. Some of the best performances from all of the Beatles, and their peak in my opinion. The medley on the second half is probably my favorite 15 or-so minutes of music. All of the songs outside of the medley are classics as well. Even Maxwell's Silver Hammer is pretty solid.

A classic, but one that ABSOLUTELY deserves the title. 'Time' is one of my favorite songs of all time. Within the album, I find that practically every song (excluding the instrumental bits, which are still good) vying for a top 3 spot. However, the album experience itself is much better than singular songs. The flow between portions/tracks are virtually unmatched.

Top 3: Time, Us and Them, Brain Damage
Bottom: Speak to Me (if it doesn't count, On the Run)

Neutral Milk Hotel - In the Aeroplane Over the Sea

Front to back, this album is virtually perfect. I mean, I could listen to the title track all day long. And within the full scope of the record, there really isn't a singular moment that stands out as dull or boring to me. The interesting mix of folk, rock, and brass instrumentation, piled on with heavy emotion and an immaculate flow make it one of the best full album experiences for me.

Top 3: In the Aeroplane Over the Sea, Holland 1945, Ghost
Bottom: The Fool :(

Black Country, New Road - Ants From Up There

Very, very good. The Place Where He Inserted the Blade has become one of my all-time favorites, and definitely my favorite track of the 2020s. The blend of genres on this project is done extraordinarily well. The emotion and constant build-up is certainly overwhelming, though, it gives this album a truly special feel. The unique instrumentation and passion of this record is akin to In The Aeroplane Over the Sea, one of my all-time favorites.
