the first song is absolutely wonderful, so catchy with the coolest riff ever. too bad this album falls off so hard after that 😭😭😭, with songs like ode to mao and blind mountain feeling sooo drawn out and boring, and songs like spring having some really ugly vocals without the instrumentation to justify them i feel. the only thing that kinda felt close to being as interesting as track 1 was iron mom.
