cc is a brilliant work of labyrinthine twists and turns—of production trickery, degraded melody, and abstraction. But it is one where emotion always trumps musical craft.
the thing i love the most in klein's music is the deepness. "cc" is a very cold and lonesome experience, like being trapped in a desecrate yet infinite universe, filled with nothing but void and whispers. i loved it's unnerving, abstract nature and the intricate soundscapes she designed, and every song feels like a different journey. definately one of most meticulously produced records i've ever stumbled upon

favs: explay, stop, born, last chance
least: none
Despite its abstraction, Klein's third EP feels very personal. Like something bigger's lurking underneath.
