It was alright on first listen, an average pop record as expected from that time. Hope it will grow on me
Surprisingly, this album is really good... Never thought I’d be this obsessed with an Anggun record. The production stands out, especially for Indonesian pop; it feels rare and refined, with a downtempo electronic touch that actually reminds me of Ray of Light by Madonna. It’s atmospheric without losing its emotional weight.
