Most Likely the Worst Album I'll Listen to This Year
It was early one day when I first heard of this band from a The Flenser post on Instagram, and I hadn’t heard of them before, so I decided to go to their RYM page to see the genres of their music, and was surprised to see the genres shoegaze, reggaeton, and Blackgaze on the first single. EDIT: One of the weaker The Flenser releases but it has it's compelling and mushy moments.
Shoegaze and Reggaeton is wild
Pythagoras by Pyramids is a Shoegaze, Alt Pop, Reggaeton, Blackgaze and Dream Pop record.
One of the most emotional lines from this album is "Is it time to let me go?" from 'God of Light', I highly recommed that track if you aren't too interested in listening to the full album.

The intriguing ideas are there but I'm not sure if it was as bold as I wished it to be
Sometimes they ended up sounding like your average blackgaze song, but with dembow rhythm I guess? Which is fine but is far less interesting from what it could've been
