The second T'Pau album is a lot like their debut was, except a little weaker. Like sure, you can attribute reasons to that as sophomore slump and the fact it might be rushed. After all, there's only like a year between the two albums and if they did a lot of touring, i can imagine that taking its toll. However, we're not here for explanations, but mainly to just review the music.
