This thing is pretty groovy but rather than talking about the album I want to ask a question I've pondered for a while.
With a lot of aestetic art or anime art (like this album cover) while it's beautifully drawn and fun to look at, but doesn't really have a purpose other than being a cute girl, what is it's artistic merit? Wtf going on bruh and why is this so goddamn catchy and fun to listen to. This thing goes off the fucking walls and doesn't let up for a bit. Easy and catchy tunes to listen to whenever you want to bring up your spirits.
It's ミカヅキBIGWAVE at their most hyperactive and explosive, and it's without a doubt their best release yet. Littered with glittery textures and pitch warped samples, 星空ROMANTIC pulls together much of BIGWAVE's prior work and enhances them. If you're curious to get into the future funk genre, this is a great, albeit disorienting place to start.
