An interesting amalgamation of sounds and influences, from emo/post-hardcore, to post-punk revival, to screamo. Very reminiscent of Fleshwater, too. Nothing to write home about, but there are some standout tracks. 🙂

pretty solid album but i personally feel like they haven’t quite found there sound yet.
There is a certain appeal to record that don't try to overwhelm the listener. However, this record sets its detached and unclear mood right from the beginning, even, if at times, this tool doesn't work in the its favor. Although, i can't get over the fact, that the album leans, near-horizontally on this depressive emo-boy aesthetic, that over time has become a familiar template, for countless mediocre indie rock records, and this one is, unfortunately, of no exception.
