Hello! It's been about half a year since the nu-metal challenge has gone on "hiatus" and over two months since I posted my last review, so what better way to return from the shadows by starting a series where I will have to listen to and review a total of 100 albums that I got from 20 different people, 5 at a time?

Much of the funky detours in "20" don't pan out enough to really make it memorable but they form the identity of a beginning band here. And even when they seem to sound their most comfortable at the most conventional, HYUKOH succeeds in setting up a ground to build upon.
While it's nothing to really write home about, 20 is a perfectly likeble collection of indie rock/pop tunes with a clear sense of identity. HYUKOH did a good job putting themselves on the ever expanding map of indie music, though this won't be something I'll be returning to very often.
