Ok. This is one of my favourite albums of all time. What.
I've listened to MARO properly, ever since 2022, after watching her enchanting Eurovision performance for Portugal, with 'saudade, saudade'. It was an effort that rewarded her with a top 10 place, which is still the country's only one since 2017, and a lot of new fans, including me.

This has started great, and I hope it can get even better as the tracks go on. MARO is another artist I haven't heard of before (obviously), but her music is actually really nice, soothing and calm.

the first song just reminds me so much of Tiny Habits, the acoustic and harmonizing vibes is so them (well bc i listen to them before MAKO).
this is such a easy listening, cozy album without grand production. her songwriting is great, talking about love, separation and grow, but yeah it's just mid, nothing memorable, beautiful voice!
