THIS is the definition of shit hitting the fan. Early 80's bow has a sort of tendency to just completely crash out on the B-side, and here we have our greatest offender. This is a step down from Solonoise • 1 but still pretty nice. It's certainly far more compositionally diverse than the first installment and it changes a lot throughout its runtime instead of just being a ball of filthy grimy noise. The entirety of the first track is characterized by movement really; nothing stays in place for long and new instruments and sections are introduced far more rapidly than pretty much all of Merzbow's albums thus far.
