This record improves greatly on the last Mark Turner release with this line-up, having more demanding, involved songs and more explosive moments. The real highlight here is the closing track, Supersister, which has an explosive drum solo and easily the best playing from Mark and Jason on the whole project. The rest of the record is wonderful as well, with very difficult, intricate arrangements for the 4-piece.
