would be one of my favourite albums of all time if dating tips didnt show up and horn up the place
This album chooses to avoid genre in favour of throwing shit at the wall and seeing what sticks. What’s great is that a majority sticks. But some ideas overtake others needlessly. Elephant bones is one of the greatest rock songs of the 2000s. And some buried amazing lyric writing and vocal delivery all across this album.
This is very groovy and one or two earworms, just playful and funky all around. A solid project.
