After four years since I heard this album in its release, I confirmed the opinion I had since quite some time: "Goliath's Throne" got very close to being the greatest IRIS album.
For the first time IRIS actually began to develop its lore and world-building, I argue that's probably the best part the album managed to execute. This is Will Ryan's Iris project, and who the hell is Will Ryan? Well he's the dude from DAGames, dummy! He's known for making amazing videogame songs like Left Behind, Brothers in Arms, Break My Mind and Build Our Machine.
