Matriarchy

this actually reminds me of what I wished Gorillaz's "Humanz" sounded like. inventive instrumentals/beats, lots of great features (always happy to hear more from Greentea Peng), and it holds your attention throughout. i've been bored with some recent indie hip-hop releases is they fall into a very reptetive, lo-fi beat with some phoned in philosophical lyrics. but these songs are distinct, with solid hooks. this'll make a good album to throw on while i'm driving.
