I found this album pretty much by chance on a recommendation from r/progmetal and decided to check it out when someone compared it to Caligula's Horse.

A baffling concept that somehow works.

So uh, a double album. A concept album at that. And yet it seems like Disc 2 should come before Disc 1? That's how you'll listen to "Promise" in chronological order. The other way around you listen to part 2 a whopping 120 minutes before getting to part one. I think I need another crack at this for a more accurate rating, but upon initial listen, it's definitely a top tier album. This double-sided LP contains so much content (2 hours worth of music) with really deep lyrics and a cyclical story. I'm really impressed with this one and even though I'm disappointed that this is the only thing the group has, it is a hell of way to distill down the best aspects of your work. I'm really happy I gave this one a listen.
