Asking Alexandria: A Band That Doesn't Care, So Why Should You?
Let's start with the disclaimer: yes, this band's most popular song is the one where the singer openly said he wanted to leave the band for a solo career that he sucks at. "Moving On" is literally about him hating this band. So if the singer hates this shit, why not you too?

Long overdue to give this a perfect score. It is objectively the best Meshuggah album ever. The highs are unbelievably stratospheric.
An absolutely sensational death metal album. "The Stargate" is a masterpiece and "The Message" is very good, though slightly less interesting. Still, it's an absolute must-listen!
I'm late to a lot of reviews. I thought I'd touch up on this one first.
Spiritbox's Courtney and Mike mentioned in an interview that they think modern metal has become too overproduced and sterile. Ironically, that's exactly how I would describe large portions of this album. I would say a good half of the songs on here are bland, lifeless, and very boring. I'll touch on the biggest example of this, "Fata Morgana", in a second.
