III is a great Midwest Emo record that captures the best elements of Emo and adds some of the best screamo vocals I heard after Femme Fatale. Both instrumentation and songwriting are great and create something big with only 31 minutes of run time.
I was watching a YouTube talk about how great this album was and I gave it a listen. Now normally I do not listen to emo. I dont care for it, and this album changed nothing for me, but the one thing that I can say is that I can acknowledge that the album is good and I would understand why someone would love it. the lyrics are absolutely beautiful and so gut wrenching and he explained how this album was going to make you feel perfectly. Its just not for me

Is it the most polished screamo album ever? fuck no. but i have come back to this album over and over for the raw, unfiltered emotion present in every single part of its production, and it remains a personal favourite of mine. it is also the first album that i bought and downloaded from an artist, instead of streaming from spotify. thank you, foxtails!
