Damn this band kinda fell off when they stopped putting track lists on their album covers huh?
Ok, that's a bit harsh. I do like this album, just not as much as the two albums that came before it. The songwriting isn't quite as good as on those albums I feel. I like the production here a lot, tracks are pumped full of effects and electronic sounds and the guitars throb with distortion. (Well, when they want to... I'll get to it.) probably filter's best album tbh. where do we go from here and the only way is the wrong way are solid as hell highlights and while they aren't the most unique of that era and the second half is a bit weaker than the first half, its still really solid as hell regardless. also, columind is kinda underrated tbh
I’ll just get this out of the way and say this, what the heck was that ending track? The 4th was one of the weirdest tracks I’ve ever listened to as the track is a continuation from the 10th track World Today which is an amazing song, but something I would’ve never expected Filter to dabble their toes in.
