Beautifully produced, Over is Peter Hammill at his musical and lyrical best.

Over is another amazing album from Peter Hammil which feels in some way a collection of everything he had down up until that point in his solo career as this album has a relatively short tracklist, folk & singer-songwriter songs that manage to do so much with so much and longer-form songs with more art rock even if it feels slightly more progressive rock in some moments while still taking the punchy production from Nadir's Big Chance.
