Love that blues

While not as fondly remembered as West Side Soul, this album is still just, great! Sam still has that just incredible voice, and his guitar is still great, but this time he's slowed down a tad, and added a sax. I think both of these choices were a great decision, while West Side Soul is the more abrasive album, Black Magic creates a vibe that's perhaps more accessible, but still filled with blues tension, and power.
