Very slow and mellow 4 songs. It’s nothing really too special but it’s enjoyable and pretty beautifully written. Both acts really don’t bring much to the table though and it’s kind of like an awkward distance between each half. It’s almost as if both BOYO and Current Joys were waiting for the other to carry the EP.

as a fun little collab, this thing holds up. it's a really interesting project, and while i came only because i wanted to 100% current joy's discography, i came out really appreciating what BOYO made for their part. first half it's beautifully somber and calm, featuring some of nick's most haunting tracks. second half, while still somber, comes off more like the morning after the first half. slightly more up-lifting, and, sillier, if you will. i don't know man, again, i just like this fucking ... read more
