My god. Incredible collection of tracks. Some songs here are genuinely indie rock perfection.
It’s just a good EP.
Best song: Brianstorm: 99/100
Worst song: If You Found This It’s Probably Too Late: 50/100
Edit: I feel like I have been way too harsh with my scores for the Arctic Monkeys so I’m going to relisten to their albums.
Some of these tracks would have been welcomed on 'Favourite Worst Nightmare'.
Obviously, the title track is a banger and certainly the best song here, but the songs which surround it are also of surprisingly high quality. From the mostly instrumental intro If You Found This It's Probably Too Late', to the banger of 'Temptation Greets You Like Your Naughty Friend', to the abrasive outro 'What If You Were Right The First Time?', this EP really is fun.
