Enemy Soil is honestly not the greatest here. the way “Obsequious” ends is super abrupt and ruins the flow, and “Fashionable Activism” is just so muffled it’s a little unbearable
pg99 is actually kind of interesting here, seeing that they abandoned a little bit of that hardcore punk on Document #1 and started making real nice post-hardcore (though “Wood and Ink” definitely touches back on that hardcore sound). it’s screamo enough where it is ... read more
