it just feels excessive tbh. like yes deathcore is heavy af as a genre but i feel like this album is more or less a test of “how heavy can we go” vs “can we make some
dope ass music” or share some kind of greater message
it’s not bad, just not really for me

Definitely not a bad album. Far to it. The production is good, but in the redux of this album, they showed up that it can be even brutal. I like both versions. Overall, great album.
