Nostalgia glasses removed.
I think this album has Fat Mike’s best vocal performance. The least whiney and most sincere he’s ever sounded In my opinion. This album isn’t fantastic or anything, but I do love it. It’s just fun.
It’s funny and serious. You have My Orphan Year, a song about him losing both his parents on the same album as Creeping Out Sara, a song about an awkward encounter with Sara Quin. Couldn’t be more different, but I love the fact that ... read more
