OOIOO give another face to the kitsch world of Japanese noise rock. Even in their finest moments, the Boredoms seem too intent on, well, something; they never let us in on what it is. But there seems to be no intent to let us in on anything with OOIOO. There's just random snippets of noise made to fit together-- albeit a bit uncomfortably.
