"Prelude Of The Unhonoured Funeral" starts with a very visceral loud and doomy tone. The spoken word passage isn't super my thing but fitting in an intro track, I like the melody, a descent into sorrow. Decent start, setting the table.

"Depths Of Eternity" roars in with more urgency, great chunky riffing and heavy atmosphere. The pacing is punchy, which but a little groovy with plenty of sharp riffing. A bit standard but packed with old school sharp fury. ... read more

For 1994 this was a very brutal beatdown of a death metal album. The European act pummels through heavy rolling drums to create a strong groove that trudges through a classic production quality that has shown its charm over the years. A crunchy yet atmospheric blend perfect for hanging low growls on.
