Chameleon

I gotta say, the drumming on this record is better than 90% of the music that came out during the 80s.

Tiny Tim sings a better Elvis than Elvis himself. I almost prefer his lower vocal range than his upper range, which I don't think he was terribly great at, not consistent enough.

In terms of studio albums, this is certainly one of his better ones, if not the best.
